Ten-Year Strategic Plan

On October 20, 2016, the OCP submitted to the Board of Supervisors its ten-year Strategic Plan, which was informed by more than 500 stakeholders from across the County. The OCP’s stakeholder engagement convenings involved representatives from a wide variety of constituencies, including community and faith-based organizations, advocates, school districts, law enforcement, the juvenile court, County departments, citizens' groups and clubs, County commissioners, universities, and philanthropic organizations.
